My laptop's battery is now not usable, it get used up full charged in 20-30 minutes. I think I should I buy new laptop battery. So should I buy new battery from dell directly or we can buy some cheaper battery but equally good ?
My laptop model is Dell Xpsm1530 and it is working good and I own it from last 2.5 years. If I buy from dell , they have very costly batteries, please tell me what battery can work good which is cheaper.
Its better to buy directly from Dell, they will charge something about Rs. 3900 for 6 cell battery for your laptop. If you buy some generic brand then it will cost around Rs. 1800 . You may even 6 months warranty on it, so it is completely upto you. And at the first place, if you are using laptop mostly near power outlet then its useless to buy new battery, just use currently battery and save money as even if new battery, it will not work good for more than a year and if you use laptop a lot then you will use it with charger always connected , it will also affect your battery life.
