HTC Desire XC Dual Sim version can be upgraded to Jelly Bean from ICS Android OS?

Hi, the phone with the best price and is from premium buyers htc what else you want. the phone modelled as htc desire xc which was lauched earlier but tomorrow company has launched the dual sim version of this mobile phone. The phone is quite brilliant in its specifications and features and as per the details it run on the androoid outdates ics operating system. The query of mine is can it be upgraded to Android Jelly Bean operating system or not.

Please tell me as soon as possible.

There is no such official news disclosed by the company yet, but looking it's RAM support which is 768 MB will make it upgradable to jelly Bean operating system quite easily.

But then upgrading the RAM can at times render the cell phones useless. That is there chances of the phone becoming as good as waste. This is what happened with one of a friend who upgraded the cell phones RAM. It worked amazingly well for 2 days and then off it stopped out of nowhere.
