UCO bank ATM-Amount deducted but don't get the money ?

Hello sir, I had a withdrawn on 12th of July at around 11 : 30 am a sum of Rs. 1000 from ATM of UCO bank but the ATM machine was not working properly and when I enter my card and give the withdrawn amount then suddenly the machine was stopped and I don't get my amount but when i check my account then it show me a withdrawn of Rs.1000 on the same date and time but as already tld you before that coz of the machine problem i don't get my money. I complained about this in the bank but still don't get my money as RBI says that in such cases the money should be refunded withing 12 working days.

You may check again for the refund within the bank or contact the HO of the bank and inform them about such inconvenience and also talk to your bank about the same and listen to what they have to say on it, tell them that the bank is not ready to refund the transaction money and ask them for the help if they can help you in this matter....
