It is 2 mbps for sure. You can test your speed at speedtest.net but test only when you are not using any other thing to get the actual speed of the connection. if connection gives you result as 1.7 to 1.8 mbps then your speed is fine. If it shows speed very less then there could be problm with your telephone or you are not in plan 500C+ at all.
