Scooter for Limited daily Use with good fuel efficiency.

I want to buy a scooter for limited use. This means that it is to be used for not more than 20 to 25 km everyday. The critical concerns are fuel efficiency, easy maintainability and safety. Looks and add on features are not too important. Price is of course a criteria and am looking for something in the vicinity of 45,000/-
