Cab bodybuilding or exercise can cure Gynecomastia ?

i m suffering from Gynecomastia (breast development in males)..........can anyone help... tell me about medicines/effective exercise to ge rid of this...Huh

The reason for this problem at first appear hormonal disbalance, cause may be some medicines comprising of anabolic drugs.

First you have to look into the cause, are you taking medicine of any disease from long?
A friend of my friend has been suffering this from long and has been trying to do hard to get rid of it, he ofcourse asked me to as my friend referred him to me.
Since then he is heavily into reducing weight as he was obese too. Now things are getting in control for him. One thing I suggested him which never followed that get into body building and do exercises only for definition not for size.

So you have to get rid of fat from your body and do intense exercise for getting shape but not size.
Such exercises comprises of low weight and high repetition.

So if you are not into gym then join now and ask your coach (if he is experienced one) to help you to develop a muscular body with definition but not size.

gyno can not be cured, unless you do the minor operation

is it coz of obesity?
