Does Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite support 3G and video calling ?

Hi,
I am willing to buy the Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite which is a new launch in the Indian market. i just want to know that this mediaPad by Huawei 7 does support 3G and voice calling,because the main purpose for me to buy such an expensive gadget to have video calls .
