Regarding cancel of bsnl APN setting from Nokia lumia 510 mobile

After getting gprs plan for my nokia lumia 510 mobile, I have switch on the mobile network in setting and I had browsing the internet. But, due to slow and I came to know that for better performance of internet browsing we have to brought bsnl setting and then I have bought manual bsnl gprs setting and saved in my nokia lumia 510. After that I could not browsing the internet. I have tried the cancel apn setting, but do not solved. Hence, Please help me why I will do the browsing in my mobile.
