Crucial ssd service center India and Warranty

Hi,

Anyone here got SSD from Crucial, seems to be a nice and durable company, planning to buy MX300 SSD drive, are available on Amazon India in right price bracket but I am not sure about the warranty. Searching online gives that they don't have office in India but again that was an old information.

So, anyone here ever bought SSD disk drive from Crucial in India and was able to get warranty (this drive I am looking comes with 3 years warranty).

I don't want to be in state where there is no warranty I can get and 3 years warranty then will be waste.

Hi Asaam, I don't think they have any dedicated support system in India. Neither on their website nor dealer around me can confirm. However, their support says their products have international warranty, it means if you can ship to them then they will be able to replace / fix issues with product.

I could be wrong, I suggest you to try live chat help on their website for confirmation.
