Samsung 2233 Monitor problem with display - shows some disorted spots

I don't know what to call those spots comes on my samsung 2233 monitor. The are kind of spots but not really spots coming on my screen and they annoys, sometimes they are lot that it makes it difficult to watch vidoes and sometimes they are not even visible. They looks like moving diagonally on my screen.

I am not able to explain here but if someone has faced same problem then can understand. please help me or I have to change monitor. Or this is problem with my computer . I have GT 6600 256 MB graphic card in my computer.

This problem is not at all with Monitor, if I get it corrects then its problem with power supply, your electric wiring needs to be checked. Mostly surges in your electric supply cause this. You need to have properly earthing of your electric circuit. Why don't you try your monitor at house of any of your friend and if it happens there too then time to change your Monitor.
