List all the available tariff for IDEA 3G SIM?

HI,
I just bought a new Smartphone for me which is 3g enabled and from the sources i came to know that IDEA 3G provides best spped and help the user to take the benefit of fluent net surging. But, the problem with me is that i just don't know what are the tariff's that are available in the market. And suggest me which one be the best.
