Aasthma and Fat problem- What are the preventions to cure?

Hey, my name is prankhur and i live in morena, my mother is suffering from a big problem actually the problem is that she has lots of fat and with fat now she had a problem of aasthma. I suggested her to walk daily but due to aasthma problem she can't walk more. So, i want to know that is there any way by which we can make both of these problem resolve.

Tell your mother to eat more onion, because onion the best cure to recover asthma problem and for fat loss she can drink green tea its more healthy and will help to loss fat fast and another one is drink plenty of water daily, water help to digest the food fast and burn extra body fat fast. try to drink 7 or 8 glasses of water in hole day.
