Transfer notes from Nokia symbian phone to PC (5233 mobile)

Hi..

I have notes which I have created in my nokia 5233 mobile phone of Nokia. Now I want to reset my phone but want to save my notes in PC.

I can't send them to pc using bluetooth .. it can't connect.

How do I do it ?

You can send them as attachment in email from phone or copy them in sms and send.
