My girlfriend says I am not romantic, what to do ?

Well, there is nothing in particular on how you can get romantic with your girlfriend. Everything depend on how imaginative and creative you are, and ofcourse, what your girl expectations are from you?

Surprises always work. Take her out on some evening for a nice dinner at a silent, peaceful place or if possible, go on for a long drive on a lonely highway at night and enjoy your evening.
You can also put your words to speak your feelings out to her. You can write a romantic Love Letter for her ( trust me, it's still most lovely thing to offer - a hand written letter ) or make a card for her by putting the best of your creations in it.

And if you guys are in a Long Distance Relationship(LDR) and connected only through phone calls, you can talk to her romantic stuffs. Do not just limit your conversations to "had your lunch/dinner?" questions. Think out of the box and make her feel special through your words. Tell her your experience after falling in love with her, what are the things that you admire in her and how you feel she is different from other girls, etc. Talk about your dreams, your future lives and how you plan to take things further. Give her some situations and ask her how would she react to things like that. Shop for her - clothing or accessories for women ( that's kind of really sweet, if done in right way ).

So, you can do different things depending on your level of creativity and imagination.
