This body builder has injected something in his body - video

I was just seeing videos on Youtube and I came accros following video :

His hands are highly disproportionate , forearms and and see other areas. Looks like he has injected something in his shoulder and other parts (specially biceps). Moreover the weight he is lifting is not at all meant for this much of size.

And if it was real muscular gain, then in this much enormous size, one can easily spot muscle fibres visible while exercising but here nothing is visible, its looking like balloon. I don't know why such things are attempted by people.
