Suzuki GSX-R 600 engine ECU faulty - problem

Guys,
We some of the students from an engineering college are trying to make an F1 race car by using Suzuki GSX-R 600 engine. But, now a problem has raised with its ECU. It is not working with the efficiency for what it was meant.

So can anybody tell what else can be doen in relation to the problem or else can provide me the contact of some dealers who are working with these kinda stuffs so we can buy another one ( not new but in better condition than ours as we want).
