Sadly you can't get any of the part now as bike is long gone, even the company is no more there in the market. My suggestion is to find old / second hand velocity bike online classified websites and then use its part for your existing bike.
Other way is to go for fabrication but that will be too costly as well as its hard to find good fabricator with required tools and skills.
