Simply buy a good Android phone and it will solve most of your queries. Look into Dell XCD35 which is a good one with all your requirements in one. There are others too, however Dell xcd35 doesn't have secondary camera, so you my not have video calling in it. There are many phones available with android now but I guess finding one with secondry camera looks clumsy now.. I donno why latest phones are missing secondary camera / front camera. HTC wildfire doesn't have secondary, neither motorola defy, nor LG optimus ONE. But all these phone are great android phone and you will love using them.
