I am using Samsung J2 Pro and the front cam is poor. Besides, snapchat can't work properly. Audio video doesn't sync in snapchat and a lag appears in the phone if i use it while charging.

There's nothing wrong with the camera of J2 Pro its a tight budget smartphone with 8 MP rear camera and if you want better camera then you should go fo higher segment smartphones. Check that your phone have only necessary apps because if you installed extra apps then it's gonna create problem in your useful app or crash them. Since you got so many problems in your phone you must repair your phone software for its better performance.
