Conservative parents and love marriage with younger boyfriend

Hi, I am in love with a guy from my college days. We are in a relationship for 3 years. He is 2.5 years younger than me but we are from same bath and class. Currently, I am working and he is in final year of MBA. I am 25 and he is 23. My parents found a match for me from a very rich family and from same caste but I am in love with my love and he is Agarwal and he is also from a gud family and I am pahadi rajput. My parents are forcing me to talk to that guy who they have found for me but I am keep tellinh them that I want to make my career first and want to be stable. My mom is blackmailing me emotionally. she knows that my bf is my best frn but she dont know about our relation.Plz suggest what to do. My parents are very conservative.
