How To Use MP3 Songs As Ringtone In Motorola EX212.

I Have recently Purchased a Motorola EX212. I wanna know whether i can make a song as my ringtone in this set, and is there any way of updating the songs in the music player instead of going to each song and adding it to the playlist?

Doesn't the player recognize the songs in the card like in any Nokia Set ??
