Technically when you buy one game, they give you license to use it on one machine. I do not have sufficient information about GTA 4, but I heard that it require some internet ID in order to save game. But if you are the only one to use those PCs, laptops then I guess its Ok to install it on all machine.
But I suggest you go refer game license for further clarification .
yup u can install but u won't be able to play it online with all ur pc's
