GPRS was charged / amount deducted in Noida for UP number

Hi,

I recently visited Noida with Id number of Up and as far as Noida comes in uttar pradesh but I don't why Idea deducted all my amount because I had left DATA connection on in my smartphone. I had 1GB gprs pack active my phone connection but still they charged me from my main balance. Even the call was being charged for that even when I was in Uttar Pradesh.

Please tell me whether Noida is not in U.P or not ?

You must be using Delhi tower or must be on some border area where Delhi towers were working so GPRS was charged as you were in roaming.
