Delhi Excise Bill 2009 - Drinking in Public cost you 5,000

Delhi assembly passed a modified Delhi Exercise Bill 2009 that bills says if anybody found drinking in Public area will be charged Rs. 5,000/-which is currently Rs. 200/- and if anybody found drinking and creating nuisance in the public area will charge Rs.10,000 and + 3 month prison.

Delhi Assembly also passed notification of job for the graduates those who are 21 year old which was 25 year. Now 21 year old can serve liquor at bars and hotels.

21 year olds can serve liquor at bars and hotels but they can't drink and buy or sell the liquor untill 25 year old.

The owners of bar , nightclub, theka's allow drunken behaviour or anti-social elements will be jail for six months and fine of up to Rs 50,000.

For public those who will inform smuggled liquor etc will be rewarded.
