You have not mentioned which bank's debit card you hold. I suggest you to call phone numbers mentioned on back of card for support. Mostly after verifying your details they reset PIN for you.
But sometimes you are also required to visit bank and give request for new PIN in written. It generally takes a less than a week to get new PIN.
Recently I have noticed on few bank's website that they allow you to reset PIN online through some phone verification. Hence if you can mention you bank then I may be able to help you better.
