Dead Telephone No.28462452 in Bangalore

I am a retired HRD executive (worked in Bharat Electronics, Bangalore). We have a land line telephone No.28462452 which is working in the name of Shri M.N.Krishnamurthy at his residence at No.406, Kailash Apartments, Dodballapur Road, Opposite Wheal & Axel Plant, Yelahanka, Bangalore 560064. A complaint was lodged as long back as on 13th September 2013. And after that several oral complaints were made to set right the telephone. So far no action has been taken. I am surprised the way how the BSNL is working. Will the concerned authorities take note of this complaint and act now at least. Thanks. A.C.Gurunath

I urge you to write an application and send it to Local SDO and copy to GM or your city BSNL and then see the magic. They do not take action if they are not forced. You can send copy even to regional head office.
