How to get Google Play store redeem codes on PC or web browser

Anyone here knows how can I get Google Play Store Redeem codes so that I don't have to enter my cards details in Play Store. Actually I want to purchase an app which is Rs. 99.99 , I need to purchase it as its important and will solve some issues I am facing while using my phone.

When I choose to purchase there is also choice to enter redeem code, it means if I have a code or recharge like passcode, I can enter there and will be paid. So I think can be purchased separately. So is it even possible to purchase those redeem point from PC or web browser and then enter and make purchase without the debit card or credit card in Google Play store ?

Well, thanks for the information but minimum price is Rs. 750 while I just need to spend less than 200 and have no plan to spend in future and I don't want to add card because then it may result in some instant purchases which I may not like later.
