Best and light PDF reader for Microsoft Windows 8.1 free and feature rich

Guys, I need a good PDF viewer for windows 8.1 , there is inbuilt PDF viewer application in windows 8.1 but I don't like it, it has very limited features and also text files opened in it are generally blurry. So I am looking for some alternative which is light, faster and have some good features like bookmarking, jump to etc.

Please don't suggest any paid and bloated software, I need lean and should work on microsoft windows 8.1

Are you sure it doesn't have bookmark feature, as far as I have seen, it does have, have you tried Right-click anywhere on it, it will show lots of feature. Beside that, I am not sure what do you mean by blurry .. are you talking about pictures as well text pdf ?

Have you tried Adobe Reader Touch which is meant for windows 8.1 based touch device. You can download it from store directly as you download on mobile.
