Hi, there are many options in sub-4 lakhs price segment.
You can go for Maruti Suzuki Celerio which is a new concept with good mileage in entry level segment with AUTOMATIC gears. , it starts with 3.75 lakhs to 4.80 lakhs.
Then there is time tested Wagon R 1.0 .. which again falls in your given price.
Alto 800 is also good option if you are ok with small car and want to keep your budget strictly in 4 lakhs . But if you don't want to go for Maruti then other option is Hyundai Eon, it is in rage of Rs. 2.80 lakhs to 3.85 lakhs, its cute small car. Even Ford Figo falls in this category and then there is Nissan Micra Active..
It is confusing, if you can give more details like your preference for space , style , safety, after service and fuel efficiency then I think I can suggest you better .
