Wi Fi Connection Problems in Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus

Hello, I have purchased a Lenovo Vibe k5 Plus last week through Flipkart. The device is excellent but after few days WiFi started to became a problem for me. It shows like it connects to WIFI network but no internet. It happens very frequently, the internet stopped to work.

The wireless network is fine, able to connect laptop and other android smartphones. We have tried to restart the device but got no luck.

Any Suggestions Please?

You can follow these three steps for your problem.

1. Test with a different WLAN router.
2. If possible, try to update the firmware via mobile network or Smart Assist via PC.
3. Factory reset.
