Network mode not opening in Karbonn Smart A26

Sir, I am facing serious problem. I can't change network settings about 2G and 3G mode because Network mode is not opening in my karbonn smart a 26 mobile phone. There is whole lot of issue with it because its set in 3G mode and now when there is no 3G available , there are no signals in my phone even though there is 2G available in that area. Now I can't make call and have to find 3G signals to make calls. This is making my phone useless.

Are you still facing this problem ?

Have you tried turning your phone OFF and then ON ?

If that is not working then try to uninstall all unnecessary apps , if that doesn't help then I think your last resort would be "factory reset". Try to reset phone and let us know if it helps.

Btw, from how long you are facing this problem, was it after something you did to your phone ?
