Program too big to fit in memory error in windows xp when trying to install..

HI..
whenver I a try to install gtalk. I am getting error..

Program too big to fit in memory.. I have enough RAM and a decent processor.. what should I do ?
Do I need to add more RAM.. I have 512 MB RAM

download it again your file must be corrupted.

as kammy said, the error of this kind occurs when your file ia corrupted or not complete.
Download it again and run it.
