Can anyone please tell me which is the best wired broadband in east delhi. I m a heavy downloader.
I heard of MTNL, Reliance, Pacenet, Spectranet etc. I hav ealso came to know that reliance is providing 4mbps thunder plans.
Please tell me more about it. Will my area i.e east delhi support these broadbands?
