Star Life Fincorp Services Ltd review - taking loan against property (good or bad)

Hello Sir / Madam,

I am looking for a loan against my properly (land in Govt. approved colony) because I need some urgent money. I already have a home loan on me so the bank I had previously applied is not giving loan , so I approached a person who works in field of land and house deal and he referred me to " Star Life Fincorp Services Ltd ", they sent a boy and he asked me all requirements and said LOAN can be sanctioned, above all they said it will approximate only on 8% interest.

I later searched about this company and was very hard to find its website (http://www.slfspvtltd.com) . There is no particular information available on website, also website's many page are saying " coming soon" . I also searched other forums and google but no one ever seems to take loan or atleast mentioned about this company .

Moreover most of the nationalized banks are giving LAP (loan against property) at 12% interest or 12.5% then how they are able to give at 8%, I am now little nervous about taking loan from this company .

Should I go for loan from it or should I change my mind or look for other option ?

I did a quick research for you, looks like its a new company. You should be cautious before giving any money to them for loan. Also before signing any agreement, go through their terms and condition in whole, they are lengthy but you will have good insight about company if you read them before deciding anything.
