How to make a Script for shut down the computer?

I want to make script on my computer

My instance is, if I will not touch my computer up to one hour. It will automatically shut down with closing all application without any impact on work

Note: i am looking a script for (Windows XP).

Do we have any idea how I can go head ?

Please let me know if any one have script on hand
