if you want to get better speed in 2g bsnl try external anntena of that device becouse speed is totaly depend upon band & signal intensity if you do that you can get 140 kb/s, some time more .try it .

It is about signal, if you have weak signal, it does affect speed. But you know, now hardly any device comes with external antenna. What do you suggest now?
yes of course but you can attach external antenna in any device. in the market that type of external antenna is available .
