Complaint regarding pleasure bike and Service guy misbehaviour
COMPLAIN REGARDING SERVICING OF VEHICAL
I purchased PLEASURE from your SHREE RANG SERVICES AJWA ROAD VADODARA on 5/12/2011.The Engine number is JF16EBBGL27601.
1st SEVICE was conducted on 8/01/2012.Vehical has run only approx.1100 km
On 21/01/2012 the vehicle stopped working and was not starting by the starter, it was reported to SHREE RANG SERVICE CENTER at 12:30 hrs. When i tried to start it by kick it is found that the kick was not functioning properly. We Took the vehicle to SHREE RANG SERVICES AJWA ROAD VADODARA service centre at 16:00 hrs to show the error in the kick but the person having bearded on his face refused to see it on the same day ,when he has been forced to see it by me he refused to attend it even in future. Also he spoke the following words “DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN DO,I AM NOT AFRAID OF ANY ONE”.
Now it is brought your kind attention that any problem aroused in our vehicle due to improper functioning of kick will be a matter of consumer right .
It is also requested you allow me to service the vehicle at any other service station where it should be attended properly.
Also i will request you to get in to the matter as soon as possible.
