That is easy actually.
First goto Personalize and select windows Classic theme and also you can customize how start menu look by altering properties of start MENU, can do via right click on "Start" button and then goto its properties.
you didn't read it properly ricky bro i said i am using xp and i want to change my xp theme to vista home basic theme.
