Roaming is always activated on Prepaid mobile.. charges are:
Outgoing: Within visited License Service
Area (LSA)[Local]
Rs.1.40
Outgoing: Beyond visited LSA (STD)
Rs.2.40
Incoming Calls
Rs.1.75

I bought BSNL prepaid sim now.. In basis of 1 paise/sec. They told there is no roaming charges within India. But now it is taking more than a paise per call and not sured about roaming also.. Can anyone suggest which number should i contact to clear this....
