Pandit - Baniya Love marriage between childhood friends

hello friends,i m in love with a guy who is of intercaste,he is PANDIT and i m BANIYA. we love each other since 4 years ago. he is my childhood friend.we have studied together after 10th he went to new zealand. we told our parents that we love each other and we want to marry. his parents said ok we are with you if you both are happy but my parents are not ready for it. because he is of intercast and he lives in new zealand. as i am a single child of my parents. he want that my parents should say yes. otherwise we will not marry to any other person in our life. i dnt know what to do.how should i convince my parents please help me

You can convince them by telling the qualities of the boy how much he loves you and care for you, his educational qualities or better income if he's earning now , Tell them you have a better future abroad. They are your parents and thinks about your prosperous future they will support you.
