Jamia Millia Islamia announced LIST OF CANDIDATES CALLED FOR INTERVIEW FOR ADMISSION TO B. Tech. – 2011

The candidates called for interview for admission to B. Tech. course are advised to report to the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, at 8.30 a.m. on the respective dates of interview as mentioned in the list with the following documents in original and a complete set of self- attested photocopy of the original documents:

1. Admit Card issued by the Dean’s Office
2. Marksheets & Certificates of Class X and Class XII
3. Date of Birth Certificate (y’ date of birth is not mentioned in the
Marksheet/ Certificate of Class X)
4. Character Certificate from the Institution last attended
5. Certificate of Category ( reservation is claimed)
6. Proof of Mailingf Permanent Address ( Ration Card/ Driving License/Voters ID/ Certificate issued by Gram Pradhan/ Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation)
7. Certificate from 15* Class Gazetted Officer with regard to occupation during the intervening Period if there is any discontinuation of study.
8. Affidavit/Declaration/Undertaking Certificate in the prescribed proforma along with the Certificate of Verification in support of Category claimed (like Muslim, Muslim Women, Muslim OBC, Muslim ST etc.) In case of Minor Candidates (below 18 years) the parents or guardian should affirm the affidavit in the prescribed proforma in respect to the category of reservation claimed for admission.
