Tablet buying advice (with SIM under Rs. 10000)

Hi friends
I am planning to buy a tablet with sim under 10,000
plz prefer a good tab with 3g,2g,gprs,bluetooth,wifi,Gps,voice calls and good battery backup
i also i need advice about wireless connecting external HDD for the tab.
The tab should work while connecting with External HDD.
