How to be Cricket Umpire in India?

I'm a 28 year old male, having in-depth knowledge about cricket and wanted to be a cricket umpire in future.
So, please tell me- How to be a cricket umpire in India? What is the procedure?

as far as i am concerned you should contact the cricket association nearest to you.
there are written exams for those who are registered with these cricket association.
marks are allotted on the basis of performance and certification is given.
when there is a tournament registered Umpires are called for umpiring.
