Parents against marriage because he is dark and I am fair

hi i am 25 yrs old, i love a guy who is currently doing a business with his dad. I am post graduate while he is not and working with a good package. My parents are not ready for him. we belong to same caste. but the guy is dark and i am fair and my parents are not satisfied with his earnings and financial back ground.one of his sister is a divorcee..they have issues with that also.. No one at my home is supporting me for him. every one is black mailing me..both my parents and that guy..i cant live without both of them..his parents are ready..he love me a lot..we are in relation since 5 yrs. plz help my parents are searching for another match for me..plzz help me..no one is listening to me..plz advice me..
