Nokia C2-02 supports Whats App?

Hi,
I am looking to gift my brother Nokia C2-02 as per my budget. My brother is a bit more enthusiastic in messaging he love sending messages. He has a big friend circle and they all have a handset which support Whats App and he told me that he will bought a mobile which has Whats App in it. So, i don't know much about this phone so i would like to know that whether this handset comes with Whats App or not. If it does than please reply me as soon as possilbe.

It should support Whatsapp if this phone run Nokia belle software (new name for symbian) and if it doesn't then forget it.
