When the scheme of Intermediate 2012 available on internet ?

Hi, Everyone I need some information about the Board Exam of UP Board 2012. I just want to know that when i'll be able to download the scheme of Intermediate Exam 2012. I have already tried to find out it on internet b't unfortunately it is not available yet not even on the official site of UP Board. So, when it 'll be available on net... ????

Buddy yesterday there was a news that the board have not decided the scheme yet, because there will be elections in UP.
After consultations with election commission they will decide the dates and will soon inform to the students.
