Suggest a branded smartphone under 5,000 less than 3.5 inch of Touchscreen?

Hi, i am looking to buy a branded smartphone mainly from samsung and sony. The phone should be small not so huge and must have screen size less than 3.5 inch of touchscreen. The phone should have 512MB of RAM and must supports android games.
