Most probably you are using Internet explorer to login the website .. Use Mozilla or other web browser Like Torpark download it from somewhere else( Means which PC not having firewall and then install in your PC and open the site in that web Browser it will work.
Try Ultrasurf. I tried many such SW but this worked the best. Follow below link for info on how to download & use the program. If that site is blocked too try searching on Rapidshare.
