What Kind of documents required for applying home loan

Hi, i want to know that what are the documents required for home loan, i want to loan for home

There are several kinds of documents required for home loan which differ slightly bank to bank. However, they need following things :

1. Proof of Income which may include your bank statement, salary slip or balance sheet attested by CA
2. Income Tax return to support the income you showed.
3. Address Proof
4. Identification proof.

They may ask for more stuff like NOC , land approval certificate and Nagar Nigam docs. So, if you need home loan then visit nearby branch and ask them for docs requirement.

List of documents required for Personal loan for Salaried.

Proof of Identity:- Passport / Driving License / Voters ID / PAN Card (any one)
Proof of Residence:- Leave and License Agreement / Utility Bill (not more than 3 months old) / Passport (any one).
Latest 3 months Bank Statement (where salary/income is credited).

Bankers usually do a home and office verification.
