maine bhopal me april 2012 land line connection liya tha. 3 mah bad bhi mujhe detai bill mere ghar ke pate par prapt nahi ho raha hai. Mujhe har mah bsnl ke office jakar duplicate bill lena padta hai. Mene bsnl ke bittan market bhopal ke office me jakar bhi complaint ki evam 1500 par phone bhi kiya par mujhe na to manual bill ya email ke dwara bill prapt hua. Kya mujhe har mah mere ghar ke pate par detail bill prapt ho sakta hai?
